   Horray for four years without an update! We apologize, but a series of  issues arose several years ago which halted all distribution progress, and in the meantime we all moved on with our lives.

   The German DVD, at least according to Amazon.de, is still available. We've heard that the Thai DVD is out-of-print, but you can often find one on E-Bay (that's how we, the filmmakers, got our copies. The distributor never sent us any. And we also never got paid for the Thai release.) Just be warned: on the German disc, the English audio is incorrect (the English 5.1 mix we provided was not used,) and the Thai version, which has the correct English 5.1 mix, deletes over 10 minutes from the film (including the epilogue and the nudity.)

    We'd like to offer our huge congratulations to Jana Kramer, whose career is skyrocketing. She can currently be sen on the revival of 90210 on the CW network, and will be joining the cast of One Tree Hill this fall!

    Also, the Pierce Brothers (Dead/Undead co-director Brett Pierce and production designer Drew Pierce) are currently in post-production on their new feature Deadheads!

    As for the possibility of an official US release of Dead/Undead, such possibilities grow dimmer by the day. We debated the idea of self-distribution or a CreateSpace version, but quite frankly, we don't want to deal with all the hassle and paperwork. We finally got the rights back from the film's sale back in 2004, and we're planning on doing an IMDb release (uploading the whole movie to the IMDb website), and potentially a download-to-burn 7th Anniversary Edition DVD, just as soon as we get a few bandwidth issues solved. We'll keep you posted!
