Issue 107-45 November 10, 2003 BREAKING NEWS:
Police have no explanation for why these mob hits are happening in a quiet community such as Fenville. "It boggles the mind," said one officer, who preferred not to be identified. Federal officials have taken over the investigations of all three of these recent mob-related mass murders, and refuse top comment on their investigations. The O'Riley crime family first gained influence in Chicago during prohibition in the late 1920's. They often associated with men working for Al Capone, but never worked with Capone himself due to Capone's well-documented prejudice toward the Irish. The family underwent significant changes in the 1950's, moving from their illegal businesses to more legitimate enterprises. The newest generation of O'Rileys broke away from the legal side of the family in the mid 80's, and have been suspected of importing illegal drugs from South America, though evidence has never been brought forth. |
